A The rates are set on the length of you unit in three catagories; under 20', 20' to 35', and over 35'. as well it depends on the type of lot you park in. I have back in lots and pull throughs.
Q How can we access our trailer as well what is your security on site?
A We have a fully fenced yard and the gate is locked by us. Only family members have access to the keys and one of us is always on site when customers enter our location. As well the site is visible by one of the two homes on our property.
Q How do you accept payment?
A We accept Cash, Cheque, and Electronic Money Tranfers.
Q Do you have a minimum storage requirements?
A Whether you are with us for a month or a year we welcome all
Q Do you have any discounts available?
A Currently if you prepay for a year with us we award you with a 10% discount.
Q Is there a Contract that we sign with you?
A Yes there is a contract.
Q What would happen should damage occur while on you site?
A We ensure that adequate spacing between units are available but should something happen we notify you as soon as it occurs. That being said when you sign the contract with us, you release us of any liability to said damages and it would be your responiblity to handle the matter.
